Nope. Natural oils are good for leather. Without it, the leather will dry out and crack... just like lady skin (men don't need moisturiser y'know).
Most of the quality brands of leather conditioners for cars have a UV protectant included. I've noticed the leather conditioners designed for indoor furniture do not. Makes sense I suppose.
I'm going to start using the Autoglym on my leather lounge now. It conditions well, looks good and will protect the chair that's in the sun for part of the day.
