Satnav/Radio, no sound

G'day hows it going? My in car satnav/radio won't play sounds, I also have used aux. taken it to Subaru and still nothing... I have used a copy of Whereis V19 Map DVD C1, and a week or 2 later, it just stopped working, put the original in and it's still no sound, The gps still can take me to my destination... I'm in Australia, so onstar shouldn't exist here. Not sure why it's displayed but Subaru is stumped.
