Help identifing this inlet coupler...

SFB to Silicone Inlet coupler: the very shiny metal reducer/adapter thing in the pic.
Anyone even know what it's called?
I have the AVO inlet, Kobe SFB but not that joiner. HELP! :P

Is it the MAF hose adapter?

But seeing as you have a silicone SFB you'd probably need this?
