I'm not 100% on this, but I am pretty confident you have to remove the entire door trim panel thing. Download the workshop manual from here it should confirm it.

That's cruisn's mod so perhaps message him...

As above that is Mark's door/picture, he might be able to advise.

AFAIK it's not a easily removable part, either glued on or attached from the behind somehow.. Couldn't tell you exactly..
