Guys, I've tried to remove the A/F sensor from the top after removing the air intake duct which made bit extra room, but the sensor won't move an inch. I've tried to apply wd40 but no luck with it... anyone who would help me out ? The sensor is located differently then you might know from other gen4 liberty's. see the attachment. I'd really appreciate someone's help here.

Maybe remove the exhaust manifold and get a 22mm spanner with some pipe on it. Or a breaker bar with a O2 sensor socket

thanks. I've tried the spanner before but didn't help it as there is not much room. definitely a breaker bar and socket work needs to be done, I'll get them (or simply bring it to mechanic to get it done for 50$) unless someone is willing to swap the sensors for a fellow liberty member for couple of beers ;)

I would, if you were in Adelaide. Maybe time for a road trip? Aha.

done. went to repco, bought the 02 sensor socket, got a breaker bar. took me a while to take it out again but was much easier (and with success) than spanner. no error codes after replacement which was a pleasant surprise. hopefully the flatspot problem are history from now on. thanks!
