Hey all,

Looking to get a new set of HB3 High beam Halogen bulbs. from reading the car manual it say 55W, but it seems that philips only offer bulbs from 60W-65W.

if i were to use a 60w-65w bulb, will it be ok?

What wattage are the Philips bulbs everyone uses?

Yes they'll be fine. Ten watts isn't going to draw so much more that it'll melt wiring. If you we're to go to 100/130 you might if you didn't use relays but that wattage can also damage lenses.
Many modern halogens have multiple filaments that produce light equivalent to 100w but only draw 55w. These are worth looking at if you live in remote areas but if you live in an urban area just go with the 60w jobs.
