Hey All

Am wondering if anyone has gone about removing this silver panel out of the door inserts before?



i see it is fixed on at the back by some sort of "plastic welding" of some sorts, wondering if anyone would have any ideas whether this can be placed back in position without being loose or rattle etc. basically going for a removal of the insert and then refitting it to look as original as possible

I had an old damaged door trim that i stripped of all useful parts. I tried to remove the silver bit youre interested in but couldnt do it neatly. If you had a dremmel and were game you could probably get it off though, but id buy a used one from the wreckers to try it on just in case haha

yeah this is what im trying to find so I don't make a big mess, it would an interesting venture
