Sat nav 07 gtb - disk error?

My sat nav has never worked in my car since I've had it.
I thought it had no disk, but now I'm thinking a disk may be stuck in there.
I recently dl'd the whereis v18 disk files and made an iso image of it, but the disk won't go into the reader.

Does anyone know how to get a disk out before I hit up subaru? Cheers
