E85 + ULP98

Hi Guys,
I'm looking for some advice on how i can turn my car in to a duel fuel machine.
I'd like to be able to run E85 & ULP98 without me having to do much/anything apart from simply filling up.
With only 1-2 petrol stations in Canberra having E85 & numerous trips to country NSW, running just E85 is not an option.
So a few questions:
1: Is the ability to run both E85 & ULP98 feasible/practical?
2: What parts are required (rough costing)?
3: What will the total setup cost be (rough install cost)?
4: What are the advantages of running E85 (fuel consumption / power)?
5: What are the disadvantages of running E85(fuel consumption / power)?
6: Anything else relevant that I've missed...
Cheers,
Matt
