Quickly what comes to mind....
1: Is the ability to run both E85 & ULP98 feasible/practical?options are: flex fuel sensor with aftermarket ECU, ECU patch ( apparently from KIDO tuning ) or have 2 tune maps E85 / P98 which you can load depending what fuel you plan to run ( drain between fuels )
2: What parts are required (rough costing)?sky is the limit? but basics may include, fuel pump, injectors and retune...depends what power you are chasing and what you plan to do with the car?
3: What will the total setup cost be (rough install cost)?again? sky is the limit...depends if you do this yourself? workshop? where you source parts? what type of parts? etc etc...
4: What are the advantages of running E85 (fuel consumption / power)?quick examples are lower fuel cost ( debatible ), power, torque, cooler charge combustion, helping the environment...
5: What are the disadvantages of running E85(fuel consumption / power)?quick examples are water condensation, oil may become milky, parts prone to rust, E85 being a solvent may eat away parts/components, cold starts, initial setup costs, fuel consumption, limited fuel stations
