Gen 3 Lib Where is the keyless entry module located?

I was told when I first bought my Gen 3 wagon that the keyless entry wasn't working as someone had tried to steal the car.
I'm not sure if he meant it was destroyed or removed or what.
I put a new battery in the clicker but nothing happened...
Anyways I'd like to try and get it working again, but first I need to check that it is actually present.
Where should I look for it, and what does it look like exactly?

Left hand side of the dash, right up there.
Glove box etc out then it's held on a bracket with one nut.
