Replacing Fuel Hose to Pump

I have a 1990 Liberty Wagon with a split fuel hose coming from the fuel pump. Does anyone know how to get to the hoses without taking the tank out? Seems like a big job to get the tank out just to replace a 6" hose if that's what's required.
Any tips would be appreciated.

I don't know if it is the same in your car, but have a look under the rear seat to see if you can see where the fuel lines run to?
Is the pump a drop in?
