hey guys forgive me if this question has already been asked a thousand times but could someone please tell me how to reset the computer in my 01 my02 rx liberty? i heard something about disconnecting the negative terminal and waiting an hour? is that right?

Yup, disconnect negative terminal and turn on accessory eg brake lights, etc to drain any stored power. Reconnect battery and its done.
