unclip 02 sensors!!!!!!

how do i do this??? im trying to change the headers on my gen 4 ej25 lib and the stupid sensors wont unclip. i also tried removing them completely from the pipe but all wd40 on this earth could loosen them. can someone help with this?

follow the cable to the plug, there's a little tab you push down and then pull them apart, they are fairly tight. and they will undo from the headers but with the heat they bind and start to weld in so you'll need a truck load of strength, or leverage.

cheers for the help. they are pretty easy to unclip once you know where to push
