Hi,
The owners manual recommends taking the car to the STEALership to adjust settings on things like:

Auto headlight sensitivity
Keyless access
Key lock in prevention
Auto on / off headlights

Can these things be done by ones self?? & if so how??

Sorry mate the dealer has to do it with the ssm3,if you bought the car from the dealer I am sure they help you out,we do.

In my work's Falcon i just painted transparent black paint on the sensor! - Really annoying about the sensitivity!!!
