Gday all.

I have just got a 2005 3.0R!
the only imperfection is a couple of small scratches which are 2-5cm in length, and about 1-2mm deep on the LHR panel.
Here is a pic:

It is hard to see because the car is so damn shiny!

Where abouts should I go or who should I call in SE suburbs of Melbourne to get this filled and painted over?
I would do it myself but I don't have any filler or paint so I'd be shooting arrows in the dark :|

Let's get this ride perfect!

You'd be looking at a fair bit for that and then it still wont match the factory finish. Try buff it might make it look less obvious.

hit up a good, reputable car detailer in melbourne and see what magic he can use to make the scratches less obvious/noticable.

if not, either try and source new doors, same colour (will take quite some time but the cheaper option) or get a respray (quicker reaction time, probably more expensive)

Try taking a photo of the scratch not the reflection in the door and it will be easier for us to see how bad it is.

because the scratch is at the end of the door & not the centre they'll have the blend into next door, so you'll be looking at alot...just ask you insurance, it might not effect you "No claim bonus", if you have it.....

have the same problem with the wife's car... :D

but maybe a new door is the other option like "SH30RB" said

:D
