RTFM?

You have to take off the big carpet cover thing on the boot, using some curved kneedle nosed pliers and a flathead screwdriver is a good way to get the clips out.
Then just put your hand in the hole and twist the lights then pull them out.

I can't comment on the side mirrors, Hamish might be able to help you there

Door sills, just like all other interior lights you can use a small flathead wrapped in some cloth to prevent scratches, or if you happen to have some proper interior trim removing tools.

Just look for the little rectangle holes in the door cover, they are both on the bottom section. Careful not to scratch your trim.

Another thing people do is put the white LED strips from Leo on the bottom of the door cards and tap into the wires running to the courtesy light. I did that, and I love it!!

On the opposite end of the spectrum those same things fucked my Body control module and my dome light now stays constantly on unless it's switched to the off position.
Wires caused a short when I had the cars windows tinted, because the tinter pulled the door trim back which pulled the wires on the LED strips and caused it to short out constantly for a few minutes until I saw what was happening.
