Door sills, just like all other interior lights you can use a small flathead wrapped in some cloth to prevent scratches, or if you happen to have some proper interior trim removing tools.
Just look for the little rectangle holes in the door cover, they are both on the bottom section. Careful not to scratch your trim.

so that the red lens right on the bottom of the door think they are called curtosy lights or some whit??
