Strange excuse for a CEL

I just changed my fogs over to HID the install went fine. The fogs work amazing. But I started my car up to move it forward then bam a CEL pops up. Could it possibly be something to do with fogs?

After I think 5 restarts, if it disappears, it was a transient problem.

Yep all gone now after a ecu reset. I haven't got anything to read it as of yet
