Removing tail light trim

Hi All, I'm looking to remove the tail light trim to paint it but don't know where to start.
Any assistance would be helpful.

*If need be I'm happy to remove the tail lights completely & tape off everything but the trim.

I'm also painting the headlight washers and the stock grille.
Guess i really don't like shiny/chrome parts...

Have to pop the boot lining clips off, remove the 4 nuts holding the tail light on, then there are two screws which are easily undone to pop the trim off

you have to take the tail light off, its attached to that...
