Hey guys
I’m hoping someone else has come across this problem. My brake pedal makes a knocking noise when going over bumps, it seems to be “loose”.
By loose I mean it has some slack before it “picks up” (about a cm maybe). It can also move side to side
They are the standard aluminium? pedals found on a manual 3.0r spec. b
Any help would much appreciated

yeah sorry for my shocking explanation. just didnt quite no how to put it, i removed the cover above it (underneath the steering column) and it’s where the pedal arm joins a bolt kinda thing that is moving around. it has a white plastic thing on the end of it and i couldnt figure out how to tighten it
and i believe the entire pedal is aluminium. well that’s how it looks, it didnt look like a cover around it.

Yeah, I shall take some photos today to see if that can help explain it
