Update Factory Sat Nav MY07 GT-B

hi guys,

I know this might be a silly question but... where do i put the disc for "whereis" updates for the factory sat nav on MY07 GT-B?

I've heard that some sat navs will have a slot at the rear of the unit... but i've read (on here) that the MY10 slot is located behind the McIntosh plastic cover... Just wanted to confirm before i started taking things apart.

I've searched thru this forum, google and the owners manual, but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I could have sworn someone said it was somewhere around the glove box? Try looking behind the glove box maybe? (it's easy to take off)

KIERAN!!!! its not behind the glovebox Its under the drivers seat!!

My stupidity for not looking there first... but hey, theres a cover over it which blends in with the carpet... how was i suppose to know

On the bright side, I did learn how to take out my glovebox and clean the cabin filter (geez it was dirty)... in the dark (thats another thing i need to add to the PHAT list of things i need to get)
