I like the blue light surround of the cupholders on the GT/3 - i dont plan to buy oem cuz i know it'll be a ripoff. but anyone modded theirs to get the same effect?

im thinking of using those gay neon flexi cables from autobarn/repco and looping it in and hacking into the 12v plug inside the console.

Why dont you get a couple of those glow bracelets that you see people at the nightclubs wearing & put them in there.

No drilling or wiring up necessary

I think they sell them for 50c each when they are on special.

I don't Phil, i find them very distracting. If they were red i wouldn't have minded them as much as atleast then they would blend in with the rest of the dash/console lights.

I've already started but it will take me a while as i only get to work on the car for a day a week.

I reckon the rings look cool but id have to agree with you there Mo, the blue rings dont match anything else in the car.

It'd be nice if you could change the colour, red would be good.

I wonder if they got bulbs you could change, i guess youll be finding that out soon Mo.

the only thing they match is the lil light tellin' me i can't change to [S#]
so maybe they are the colour of slow?

Well i know it sounds abit ricey [Phil hides from abuse] but i'm gonna get the module that turns your footwell and door lights to match the blue rings. LOL!
