buying parts from Japan, where to install in Syd ?

Hi guys, intro first up - name is Martin and have just recently got a standard 2009 4th Gen Liberty GT Spec B.
I live in Sydney around the Eastern area.
Have had 2 cars before but never been into the car mods until now with this Liberty. - just feels like this has to be done..
So I am very new to this and appreciate any help / advise - first time posting questions on a forum ever too.

1. I will be buying parts from Japanparts.com soon, mainly either the Ings Front bumper or the Corazon front bumper, and boot lip spoiler, front grills, lights etc etc maybe.
My question is regarding installing the parts - where can I find a good 'panel beater' / 'parts installer' - (what do you call it anyway ?),
a place with good reputation (dont mind paying extra $$ for a good job). even better if you've experienced their work 1st hand.

2. I have heard this car would be good if tuned - where do you guys go to for this ?
Is the 'MRT Performance Tuning' at Homebush any good ?

Thanks all.
