Hey guys, not sure if this topic has come up before, Ive searched but cant find anything.

I was just wondering how to flush out the old coolant out of a 2.5Litre Gen 3
I've done my first oil change and now I am needing to change the coolant..

pull off the bottom radiator hose to draain coolant. grab a 2 litre drinkl bottle with bottom cut off. wrap some electrical tape around the top so it will fit into the top header tank tight. pour coolant into drink bottle until the bottle stays about 1/3 full. start engine and wait untill coolant in drink bottle starts to go down then add more until all the air is out of system. make dure heater is on max. thats what i do and have never had a problem. make sure you use subaru pre mixed coolant or if you use another brand make sure this water to coolant is the correct ratio.
