Cleaning of the rails before sticking on with the 3m tape any suggestions that won't dull the moulds ?

Or the 3m ain't going to stick

Just a wax and grease remover.
It shouldn't dull the moulds because they aren't porous but if it does, they can always be restored with blaaaack restoration gel.
