Well - the groaning got worse...

So it went into Subi on Monday as part of the service.

They lubed it up and tweaked it... TOTALLY FARKED IT!!! The front panel didn't lift without grabbing the rear glass and making a god awful clatter...

So it went in again today... And they're now REALLY FARKED IT EVEN MORE!!!!!!!

Basically, they adjusted the front glass panel... Now it leaks like a tap and the wind noise at anything about 75km/hr it's just ridiculous!!

For fucks sake! You reckon a simple lube job on two rails would be that hard. Ah no, they had to 'play' with it didn't they... Now it's gotta go back tomorrow!! 3 full days in a row.

At least they fixed the clutch issue though (I hope). They dropped the box out and found that the input shaft was not lubricated all!! WTF!?!?

Angry, I am. Can you tell! :angry2:

I took it back to Docklands and they just greased it which left marks everywhere. I wasn't happy so they cleaned it.

Still not happy I went back to an independant dealer that I use to get the Outback serivced by (I was always happy with their service). They replaced the whole roof liner. If I had my time again I'd just kick and scream until they gave me a new one at Docklands.

By the way it did take a whole day for them to do it - that could be why Docklands couldn't be bothered doing it.

What was the cost of this job?
