Ended up going to Subaru in Darwin. Charged me an hour and a half labour so from their reputation not as bad as expected. All works fine and am happy now onto the next mission

Long shot but did you / can you find out if they would be able to do it with a later model cluster in earlier gen 4?

I personally dont think subaru Darwin would have a clue as they couldn't promise me that they could make this one work as they rexkon they had to plug it all in and see so yeah maybe a better subaru dealership would have a better understanding
