2007 liberty wagon problem replace rear washer hose

2007 Liberty Wagon spec b GT sti

Rear washer hose broke in front wheel arch leaving only small tail visible. Hoses seem very soft / brittle. Replaced front windscreen hose through wheel arch down to front pump OK. Can't find any routing detail for hose from front wheel arch to rear tailgate washer. Concerned about stuffing it all up, turning it into a job too big for me.
I'd take it to Subaru Service, but I'm penniless at present.

Anyone have any advice, clues, diagrams? All / any greatly appreciated.
