Some Mechanical Failures

We mentioned mechical failures. Here is an example of a mechanical failure within a centre diff. The forces generated by the failing centre diff viscous coupling have overloaded the differential gears and taken out the pinion shaft and the internal bores of the two pinion gears.
The thrust loads on the pinion gears have also damaged the faces of the two spherical thrust washers.

Hello,

yours work looks so good, very precise.
Can i have one question about volume of silicone oil inside differential, you using 50 g of oil or filling absolutely full only after leaking through the balls in the cover?
Thank you
