Boot torsion bar installation

Hi,
I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I'm hoping someone can help me with how to install replacement torsion bars to hold the boot lid up? One snapped and we've got 2 "new" ones from a wrecker. If anyone has any tips on how to do this (safely!) or can point me to any videos on how to, I'd really appreciate it.
