Front wheel hub plastics part #

Hey guys,

Does anyone know the part number from the last plastic piece that makes up the front wheel hub?
It starts under the front bumper, and continues up inside the wheel hub all the way around to the back of the wheel.

It must've gotten loose and had some air push it towards the front wheel at 100kmh and the rubber has basically melted a large portion of it. Need to get it replaced ASAP!
