There could be many reasons for this.
I agree with Ben to get it checked for which CEL is being logged in the ECU either via a workshop or someone in your area with a OBDII port connector and appropriate software.
I'm not in favour of clearing CELs without understanding what's going on.
If you've not played with the idle setting in the ECU previously then that's not required to fix this now.
