Removing Passenger Seat

Hey guys,

Just wondering if removing the passenger seat is a tough job. Are their airbags in a 2.5i that i need to be careful of or any other electrics?

Easy 10 minute job.

Disconnect the battery FIRST if you have side airbags in the seat.

There are 4 14mm bolts holding the seat down, slide the seat all the way back and undo the front two.

Slide the seat all the way forward, remove the plastic covers at the rear, remove the bolts under them.

Tilt the seat back and disconnect all plugs under the seat (seatbelt indication, airbags)

Lift out.
