Remove parcel tray - Gen IV

I need to replace the upper brake light globe. The one that sits on top of the parcel tray in the rear window. I've had a poke around but can't work it out.

Firstly, do I need to remove the whole parcel tray? If so, how??

Or, can it be done without removing it.

Push the light assembly forwards, and lift it upwards - there's a tab that locks in place at the back of the assembly (towards the front of the car).
