Another front lip question

Hey guys, my front lip arrived and i haven't tried to put it on yet.

Can the people who have already put it on theirs give me a few tips? Doesn't look like a few of the holes line up so i assume theres drilling involved.
The instructions being in japanese and the crappy pictures doesn't help much.
