How to beat those clear coat sctratches

Hi guys any advice on beating those sunlight scratches from washing car

We use a microfibre hand noodle sponge
Two bucket method
Meguires soft wash
And wipe off using clean microfibre towels x 3.

Polish to remove the scratches then apply some type of sealant to protect against future scratches.
