What happens is this. When idling, the throttle is open about 3%, generally between about 2.7% and 3.5%. However, when driving, and lifting off the accelerator either to slow down or to change gears, the throttle only closes to 12.5%, the throttle does not close to the normal idling setting. This is what causes the problem, but there is not any setting for it in the ECU program, or at least in what you can view with open ecu. It must be done somewhere else. I would love to know if anyone knows how to change this.
