Does anyone happen to have a relatively recent ECUdatascan firmware? :)

Ay Benny, is this a newer version than the last one you uploaded....mine has been so annoying it won't connect to ECU....so I've been using ROM RAIDER...but I'd love for it to work again. Does the software load to the SD card or to the actual unit.?

Cheers jack

Same as last time but I've changed the update folder slightly, just read the txt file inside.
If your ECUds works, just load this to get iGo8.
Or drag the update file to the root directory and update the software as per instructions.

As much as I like to use it 'live' for GPS speed etc i think ill just keep it in the glovebox for occasional use. :)

I do not have the older software version, so great if someone can back it up and share it with me.

Anyone know if the ecudatascan can monitor knock? (and if so, what's it called in the list?) - cant seem to find anything with the word "knock" in it...

Answered my own question - appears it doesn't offer any kind of knock monitoring.

Has anyone ever had issues where it has errors writing log files or screenshots? I'm guessing maybe dodgy SD card?

Reformat n reload card if u can't delete logs folder contents.
Ecuds is flaky as but useful for some key things where you don't want to lug a laptop and tactrix around.

I don't suppose anyone with an ECUdataScan can do me a big favour... do some logging showing "Intake VVC Advance Angle Right", "Intake VVC Advance Angle Left" and "Engine Speed"... just 30 seconds or so of driving from 1st through to 6th, and then a bit of highway cruising in 6th for 30 seconds or so... and then upload the logs?

I just want to do a bit of comparing of bad OCV's vs good OCV's...

Does anybody know the file on the ECUDatascan which makes the device Auto-sleep when the engine is turned off?

Mine has stopped auto-sleeping when engine is turned off, it just turns off completely - which means to turn it on again I need to hold the power button down and go through the whole startup process....biggest PITA.
It will still bring up the sleep/power-off menu if I press the power button though (when unit is on)

My back up was on a corrupt external hard drive :(
