Quote of the year

Towards the end of Matt's tune in my 08 GTBSTI, he says...

"we just thrashed the shit out of your car and the fuel consumption has dropped!"

pretty much sums up what the guy can do..... genius!

I am looking to get a retune and looking to where I should have gone first, Matt, currently have an EcuTek tune is he able to unlock that and tune it? Anyone had that done before?

You'll find quite a bit on here about EcuTek.
Basically, you'll start from base tune again if you get it tuned by anyone else without the EcuTeck unlock codes.
If you're working with a good tuner, starting from a base/std tune shouldn't matter though.

Got the same decision to make with the MY05 GT but haven't had a need to ditch the EcuTeck ...yet!
