Hey guys,

I've had "err" appear solidly and also flash rapidly so just after some thoughts.

It appears randomly under different driving events ... stopped at the lights, accelerating or just cruising.

Car is a PreFL 2006 Liberty TBSI A/T
Mods are:
EJ207 short block
TBE
Kobe Intake
GrimmSpeed 3 Port Boost Solenoid
AVO TMIC

Recently Tuned at 160kwATW

Genuine o2 sensor replaced 2000km ago.
No error codes have appeared or previously stored.

This is a log of two instances when "err" had appeared.

Cheers.

Try this. Disconnect -ive battery terminal and wait a few mins. Then reconnect and start. Had the same thing happen to me.

Wait I think I've misinterpreted what you're seeing - is this on the clock intrumentstion or on your cluster where your odometer is?

Norbs - I've reset my ECU (via btssm app) about 3 weeks ago and prior to that, I was also having this appear. Is reseting via the app and via battery any different?

Not sure if you fixed your issue, but if you are using a bluetooth or wifi thing in the obd2 port then that could be the actual issue.
I once had a similar issue and I spent 2hours or so going through everything, was planning to buy a new battery. Last resort I removed obd2 thing and did another reset and finally cleared.

I actually am using an OBD2 to Usb for my Btssm on Android. I thought the only side effect of that was my airbag light coming on.

Although I was driving without the cable plugged in (completely removed from the OBD2 port) on the weekend and it still came up.
