Has anyone used this dual function setup?
http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/scg1.phpIt's a boost gauge/controller and wideband in one gauge. This way I can install it, and Innovate's dual oil press/temp gauge, in the cubby to keep it all away from prying eyes. Innovate's webpage says it's a standalone controller but is it really needed/will it play well considering the ECU handles boost control? I'm only running the standard VF44 at the moment.

You can just use it as a boost guage - I'm using a 1gauge (
http://1gauge.com.au) with a techedge 2J9 wideband sensor. I haven't installed it yet though.
Dru got a Defi ZD copy from

Why not just go for that one and leave the boost control to the ecu, which with a 3-port does a pretty good job of it.
http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/psb1.phpThat 1gauge is pretty cool, shame the screen is so rubbish, had been eyeing up a ZD but hate how small the screen is in relation to to body of it.

the ZD is easy to read and i can close the lid and all i had to do was 1 hole in the back of the cubby and a small hole in the dash for the controller which can't be seen unless your looking up from beneath the steering wheel

but you don't want it to big so that your eyes aren't having to look over a big area, at a glimpse i can see everything

Is the "Boost" reading taken from turbo line, corrected from MAP, or just MAP? The website also said A/FR Is done via an external gauge. Does it come with a sensor or is it saying it doesn't do A/FR?
Didn't even see that one. Thanks Andy.

the gauge box itself has a vacuum/boost port. AFR is done via the techedge 2J9 sensor/controller, but shown on the 1gauge.
