Help with OBD port NZDM LGT 2003

Postby Lynclon » Sat May 02, 2015 11:46 am

Hi guys,

I am looking to get my Legacy opensource tuned, however I am having trouble finding information regarding the port that I have.
It seems to be different to the ports I generally see I on here, and there is very little information regarding NZDM vehicles around, but I figure AUDM is close enough to get some insight.

Can anybody help me out? Will I be able to go down the opensource route?

The plug is located on the left hand side of the drivers footwell. It also appears that my green test connecters are on the right hand side of the drivers footwell.

New member to the forum so I'm unfamiliar with a few things, if there's anything I should be doing differently let me know.

I'd ask at subyclub.com as there would be many more tuned gen3's there.
At a rough guess, eculabs ecu modification is the way forward and massively opens up your tuning and mod options.

Thanks for the reply, just as a side note this is a Gen4 Legacy

Solved it, port was just in a different place to the ones I have seen.

Next to the Accelerator pedal :) Also, there is a set of green flash connectors in the driver side kick panel too, just in case Flash mode with the glovebox ones does not enter flash mode :)
