Few questions about tuning.

Just a few of questions of tuning;
- Where could I go to get a tune for my H6 in Melbourne?
- I've noticed that my car drinks petrol like no tomorrow driving in the suburbs, (Trip computer went down 50k's when odo said I travelled ~28k's today) is there a tune that could lighten it's thirst while giving me a bit more power at the wheels?
- Are there any negative side effects to having a tune?
- What kind of cost would I be looking at for a tune?
