Innovate LC-1 calibration trick.

Postby bigBADbenny » Sun Oct 20, 2013 8:12 am

I know some members have avoided the LC-1 WBO2 sensor as it requires removal for regular free air calibration.

Here's another more convenient method, assuming your LC-1 is installed with the calibration momentary switch and led.

Yeah the best trick with the LC-1 seems to be to sell it and get the LC-2

:P  yes!!!!

That's not a trick...more a cheat and workaround to a known problem with LC-1...

LC-2 for the win

Yep, Used to use that little trick as needed.
Although my calibrations were very infrequent anyway.
Proper installation and wiring has them running sweet with very few issues.
i.e wire into IGN power and not ACC. Proper earthing and installation in the correct place in the exhaust so you don;t cook the sensor
