Was wondering if dash command is suitable to log as it has the ability and you can extract it however is this good enough for Tuner to diagnose health ?

Yes but for a tuner to check health as I thought I need something more hi tech

Collecting data is one thing. Having a brain "suitable" for understanding it, is another.
