yes tried that and my stock tune as well
only thing thinking now as the obd2 plug has a bit of movement maybe the wiring to the biu has dislodged in the process of plugging in the reader etc

Just checked with a multimeter and every fuse is getting power too.

Still not sure what is up. The only thing I can think that could be causing this is the sat nav harness that had to be made up?

So remove it and see if that fixes it? :)

im pretty sure i have isolated your problem after studying wiring diagrams over the past couple of days

Connector B228 - which goes into the relay next to your power window relay under the dash

This shares a common link to the Body integrated module and the OBDII port - you may have fried the relay when you flashed the tune

It looks like this (B228 clip is in the bottom right hand quadrant):

Hope this helps - good luck

Mick, you are a dead set legend! I owe you many favours

I think you are right too Mick, I'll have to get under the dash and have a look for it, I'm hoping its something that simple

Sometimes i also hate it... wiring diagrams can suck a fattie! I'd much rather be drawing connector end views.

B228 is the Options harness that the retrofit satnav harness plugs into.

If that's the case, it should be relitively easy to find if I have to pull out the entire harness, which I don't want to do but I can see it resorting to.

Can anyone point out to me where I should be looking? any help is much appreciated!
