Looks like you could do with a little bit of MAF scaling in CL and idle. It's not bad but a correction of 5% or less is considered ideal.
You'll need a wideband if you want to know anything in OL.
Also your FLKC tables being zero in LV mean very little for an E85 vehicle as it's either masked(not detectable by the stock knock sensor) and doesn't occur easily.

But I'm afraid only a handful of guys on here are interested or have taken the time to understand the ECU where all the power is made and where it can all go horribly wrong.
