NA e85 here and my aeromotive 340 did seem more noisy than stock. But usually my music is drowning that sort of noise out anyway.

Looks like it's a 2.5 NA (he mentioned NA in his post above, and his profile signature has two 2.5 NAs listed). Good to know, thank you SomeFReaK :).

Seems to be a trend of NA cars without the Fuel Pump Control unit noticing an increase in noise - and the GTs not noticing a difference (or not as much). Sounds good to me 8). I like everything to be quiet when cruising, but when I'm driving hard I don't care if it's a bit noisier.

Mr Matt is the MAN!

Went home to Mittagong and back twice over the weekend with some city running.
11.0litres/100km on EFlex.

Went up to Newcastle and back yesterday, navigating up Silverwater Road and Pennant Hills Road (crap stuff-should I say carpark?).
11.2litres/100km, again on EFlex.

Gotta love the KiDo_Tune!

Today, Southern Sydney Suburbs (home) to Newcastle and back on EFlex - 10.6litres/100km (The Silverwater Road/Pennant Hills Road car park was not clogged)

I drove from Newcastle to Tamworth on e85 a week ago and got 10.0 l/100km. Pretty impressive. Although there was no e85 when I got to Tamworth, so had to add some 98 on the way home. Car didn't seem to have any dramas with it. This flex tune is awesome.

Even better considering the turbo you are running! ;)

Bio e-flex (e85) 71.9 cpl at Caltex on the Hume Highway, Casula for all you corn lovers in the south west of Sydney. Cheapest I've ever seen. Prices probably going up later tonight or tomorrow morning.

The e85 at Caltex at Moorebank is temporarily out of service.

The E-Flex pump at Moorebank has not been working since Saturday evening since I know of.
Seems that the servo may want to keep its stocks until the price cycle goes up again?

Hey Matt Kido, any word on that potential flex fuel tune for pre-FL cars? I'm missing that sweet sweet E85 boost.

Only works in one manual ECU so far :(

how plausible is it re-write this onto a different ECU or use a different ECU.. I'm guessing it's not worth it, and difficult/expensive to the point of being a WOFTAM.

So I hear Caltex has been winding back E85 since Commodore dropped their E-Flex range last year. Does anyone have any idea how the future of E85 looks in Aus? I was keen for Matt's virtual flex tune, but what's the point if I can't get the fuel. There use to be three near me (Heathcote, Kirrawee and Tempe) and now Tempe is all that's left.

This is the same reason I have. Used to have Eflex near me and now no more. The nearest Eflex station is 45mins drive from where I live. So I saw no point. I have a station that has P100 1min drive from home and Im happy getting car tuned for that fine.
