Posted recently about my the new mods to car but didnt have digital copies of the dyno sheets available.

Car: 2007 Liberty GT STi
Mods : 3" Mandrel bent TBE with custom dump pipe
Chiptorque custom tune with ezy-flash
175kw atw.
Really happy with the car now. Awesome torque and good power through rev range
Ive owned 3 rexies before this and I still hate 1st gear, but 3rd and 4th bring a big smile.

Keen for comments or feedback
Cheers

Says 4th gear at the bottom of the sheet.

I have to agree that peak power is a bit early at 4600RPM. Also your boost seems to drop off too early. I reckon you probably need a 3 port boost solenoid upgrade to help maintain boost.

Boost has also been increased as these cars come out with about 1 bar or 14.67psi

I also recommend a fuel pump upgrade as the first thing you should do.

With regards your custom dump, do you have any pics of the collector? And is that a boost spike I'm also seeing? If so it could be due to your dump pipe design.

I will also say I'm no expert and I could be way off in my interpretation. Hopefully someone like coyote will come along and set us all straight.

Was this on a 93 tune or 91 gas tune?

nice numbers for the stock turbo. I assume this is a VF45 turbo?
I was about to buy one for my car for 90 gas.

What's this 3 port boot controller I hear about?

our fuel ratings are differnt to over seas we have 98 RON, 95 RON AND 91 RON. Is your fuel rating mesured in roz?

OK, then i guess I meant to ask if it was tuned for 98 or 95? :)
98RON = 93 US gas
95 = 91
91 = 87

Very nice.
You may consider a VF52 hairdryer.
This should get 200+ atw, without the need for injectors or fuel pump.
The :D :D :D is heaps bigger :!: :!: :!:

What is the actual fuel pump duty max for stock? I was under the impression the stock one can't get 200+?

VF52 turbos run well on Stock fueling on the Foresters... 550cc injectors and stock pump (somewhere between 145-165 LPH), same as G3 WRXs. What do the Libertys come standard with?

550cc injectors I believe on 2.5 GT, stock pump probably same as what you just said.

Actually very interesting dazzz what you are saying, as everyone on this forum since day one has said VF52 requires bigger injectors and fuel pump. But I know that a member on here made 215kw on E85 with stock injectors (I think?)

I did the calc properly and you need a 120-130lph pump to make 200kw atw using 98 fuel

480cc injectors would be at 100% duty cycle

The 2.5's are claimed to have 550cc injectors although I believe this is closer to 500

Stock injectors would be completely pushing it

Stock pump I don't see supporting required flow at a sustainable pressure for too long. Sure running it at 70psi or so would get you there. But for how long

Well, On both my Foresters I have run VF52s with TP tunes and never needed to upgrade injectors or fuel pump. I've never had my current Forester (4EAT) on the Dyno yet, but ran it down the 1/4 mile getting 13.4 with a mild 2.5k rpm launch. The car weighed in 1585kg with me inside and quite sure I'll be able to hit lower 13s if I launched harder. Only mods were X-Force Dump pipe and Turbosmart BOV, all else stock.

I guess it really depends on your tuner. :D
